We Pay Your Fees!

Depending on the deposit method you use, every time you deposit you get charged some fees. Well, now we will be covering those annoying fees!

You just need to make your deposit, open a support ticket and let us know the fee amount you were charged. We will proceed to credit accordingly!*

*We reserve the right to ask for a statement or receipt to corroborate the fee amount in case we consider it necessary. The fees covered have to be strictly related to the deposit made by the player. The fee amount will be credited in your Bonus Account.

Cash Return – Monthly Rebate!!*

The first day of each month, players will get their bonus account credited with the equivalent to 10% of the total deposits they made during the previous month. E.g. Total amount deposited by the player in June: $300

300 x 10% = 30

In other words, a $30 bonus will be credited to you account! As easy as that! The more deposits you make the bigger the rebate the next month!

The Deposit Bonus

At VirtualBingo you get 500% BONUS on EVERY deposit! This bonus is set up so that ALL Deposits made will get a 400% bonus, plus a 100% bonus in Chat BBS.

VIP Ratio Bonuses

This is a special bonus for players with very low payout percentages who have qualified for this special bonus as a thanks for their loyalty. To qualify for this additional bonus you will have to have a deposit-payout ratio of less than 25% (Deposits/Payouts) and have a minimum of $250 in total deposits. As a VIP with payouts of less than 25% you will earn an additional 100% for each deposit you make. VIPs at VirtualBingo will also earn an additional 100% participating in chat games.

So lets just summarize that up once again: in order to qualify and become a VIP player you must:

Chat Bonus

When you deposit at VirtualBingo you will get 400% as a deposit bonus and another 100% bonus on that deposit in Chat BBs.  If you are a VIP you get 200% in Chat BB's. Chat BBs can be earned by playing chat games and participating in chat. Each game won awards $5 bbs and $25 to VIPs.  Players have 7 days from deposit to accumulate the chat bonuses.

Bonus Rules:

- Freebies are for active accounts with deposits in the last 15 days only as we are not a play for free site and do not consider it fair to non-depositors.

- Bonus balances expire 30 days after the last deposit. New players get a Free $20 Test Drive Bonus upon sign up.  Our Test Drive Bonus is offered with the purpose so that you can try our games, therefore no winnings can be cashed out. Payouts can only occur from Deposits, another great reason to deposit with VirtualBingo. Players with a Payout Ratio of 90% or higher do not qualify for any special bonuses or bonus promotions above loyalty level bonuses. If you have more payouts than deposits you are not eligible to receive BB's. Players over 100% ratio do not qualify for chat bonuses or specials and only receive 50% of the loyalty bonus.

- Players with payout on Wednesday do not qualify for Extra bonuses for that day.

*Players with back to back payouts over the previous 14 days do not qualify for any special offers or extra bonuses on deposits.
